Shouldn’t a doc and dad be at least as good a nutritional role model as I am?Glad to be an inspiration, should have taken a pic of the pizza I made for M (who is NOT a nutritional role model, she’s Axel Rose in the respect) as well. Quiche I’m getting closer to mastering, pizza crust from scratch I do very well.I’ve gotten lazy with cooking lately, that needs to be fixed.

  5. And yes, part of the nutritional motivation is stoking the fire for big climbing days. Training and training, the night ride put me back on the motivation train. Hopefully I can bust out of work early and get in some quality riding.

  6. Just giving you grief. My wife makes a great potato fritatta (sorta like quiche) which is one of my favorites.I know how to make mac and cheese and spaghetti.I weighed a lot less pre-marriage. Looked sorta like you.

  7. Dave try using a dash of buttermilk with whatever cream milk ratio your using =)so much more flavor!
