Good point about our late "suggestions." Planning any
event is stressful, and I'm sorry for adding to that.
For what it's worth, I found out about the ride
yesterday morning, and got my note out to you as quickly
as I could. Regardless, you deserve credit for being able
to adapt so quickly.
But I did get the message -- in the future, if we recognize
there might be a conflict/problem with an event, we'll let
you
know right away. At the same time, you now know all our
closures are posted on the web now, and you can also feel
free to give me a call as you are planning. Hopefully
between us we can make sure you're not having to make
big changes to future events right at the wire.
Again, thanks for being so cooperative. I hope everything
goes well this weekend!

Indeed, I’m very pleased (and relieved) at how the weeks craziness has resolved itself.Ed, we’ll miss ya. Enjoy the rising summer, I’ll be in CO for the Thurs-Sun including the CB 100 Sat. By then I’ll truly have something to bitch about with the heat, and be looking for relief.

Dave, the CB100 is on July 14th, that’s when your talking right? I’ll be there also just not sure exactly what days yet – probably Fri-Sun!!Last year it was warmer than people expected but for you desert folk it wouldn’t have even registered as heat :-)Ed
