Got in a quality run with Eric and Dan at 0530. Nice and cool. Went to the gym with M, did small chores, grilled some dead critter, drank some Fischer, watched TV on the porch.

I also got to indulge in my guilty pleasure, watching Sunday morning political shows. One note: the round table on This Week is waaay more civilized with an all woman crew.
