High Gear got the freewheel off, so the Eno wheel is on the block. Going up on MTBR in the morning unless I hear otherwise.

Sun Rhyno Lite XL rim, 32h 3x DT Champs, Eno flip/flop hub. Alloy nips, built by the fine folks of AZ Bikes in Flag. Rim has ~8 months of good use in it’s 20 of existence. One flat spot, various dings, plenty of life. Fully true and stout. Black anodizing fading to brass in an odd but not unpleasant fashion.

The Lenz also returned, and I spent a pleasantly easy hour building it back up. Course, now it’s sitting in the hall downstairs mocking me by looking fast. It’s time will come soon enough.

I can run in my wrist brace, got a good 35 minute power run on 305. Felt hollow and full of bile, no surprise when my “dinner” at the teacher’s get together yesterday consisted of Newcastle, hot wings, and cheesecake.
