Huckabee himself speaks about a Nascar strategy, with his opponents crashing into walls or one another and him, as the last man on wheels, winning the race. –NYTimes
The next sentence being: And then gets slaughtered in the general election.
I dream of a hard and brutal mysticism in which the naked self merges with a non-human world and yet somehow survives still intact, individual, separate. Paradox and bedrock.

Agree. Huckabee wouldn’t have a prayer in a general election. He does serve to focus the conservatives, and hopefully remind the eventual winner that there is a large portion of the party to whom Huckabee’s issues appeal. Also, I can find no statement about Obama’s stance on abortion on his website. I doubt this is an oversight. I also don’t think I need a lot of creativity to figure out where he stands, but it seems he does not want to be marked one way or the other.
PS:Thanks for digging all this stuff up. Election central right here on Bedrock and Paradox. Otherwise I wouldn’t be paying attention at all.
You are most welcome.
