2/3 Larch was ridiculously tacky.  No shots from the descent, cuz I was too busy keeping my eyelids from wrapping over the top of my helmet.  I do have mixed feeling about the reroute.  The old drop in to Woods Gulch was not sustainable, but was fun.  The new trail kills the all-descent feel, but earns you some (more) good descent, and is well made.  I do generally lament the lack of challenge in IMBA branded trail building, but Missoula doesn’t lend itself to tech riding anyway.

Damn good day to be out, regardless.  Enjoy it.
