Rode ~107 miles, with Sonya to push the pace and keep things kosher fighting headwinds at miles 72-90. It would seem that after six months of general cycling misdirection and a few weeks of short interval work, base fitness and determination can still pull things through. My butt doesn’t even hurt that much.
Day Three
Very tired, full of excellent green tea, miso soup and sushi, and very happy. Camp Lynda rocks.

I am still trying to figure out where you find the time to get from Bozeman to St. George while going to grad school! Sounds like a helluva lot of quality riding – Sonya’s pics were pretty nice too – I thought you had moved on from the Lenz…
