More the merrier, eh?

In more light-hearted fare, I am now firmly on vacation, lodged in Nice’s place in Denver. The Monarch treated us well yesterday, in that perfect ride in perfect weather with perfect people sort of way. The number of “best rides ever” for the last month has started to become gratuitous. Riding to be organized from later today and business to be done. Sigh.

Tom was kind enough to give me an Ignitor to replace the Fasttrak fast grown fuzzy in the sidewalls, and it proved to be a remarkably business-like, intuitive tire. No learning curve at all. Tom actually outdid himself as a host all weekend, and left me feeling sublimely priviledged to’ve entered into the world I have this year. The number of good people in my life is staggering, in the small moments. The guy also descends with authority, and my personal victory yesterday was holding his wheel down the later half of Silver Creek. The Lev is behaving itself very well indeed.
