Another liberal post

This is a more interesting quiz than most.

  1. Man, I always back the losing horse! Kucinich 54; Richardson 48; Gravel 46; Dodd 42…

  2. I’m gonna bring down the liberal tone of this post by stating – The candidate they matched me with was Rudy Giuliani…I’ll leave you all guessing what my response to that was…

  3. Ron Paul ’08Maybe Kermit the frog?=)

  4. 41 McCain Someone has to represent the right!

  5. Dodd, Bidden, then Hil and Barrack. None of them were winners totally though. My ‘high’ score was pretty low compared to 51 of Dave’s

  6. Eric, it’s ok ;) I voted for McCain in the 2000 Iowa Caucus, one of 4 or 5 in a room of 40 that did. Giuliani I still don’t understand…. :(

  7. I came out for Dodd. Strange Poll. Stranger times. No real foreign policy stuff other than mainstream polarizing issues such as border control and Iraq. No environmental policy except ties to the big $ fuel industry. What ever happened to quality of life issues like water/air (particulate) quality. What about old school morality issues like adultery, lying, cheating, or caring for the poor and indigent. What the hell happened to the arts? I mean other than C.M. Russell.

  8. “Some elections are defined by the gap between the rich and the poor. Others are defined by the gap between the left and the right. But this election will be shaped by the gap within individual voters themselves — the gap between their private optimism and their public gloom.”-David Brooks in the NY Times a few days ago

  9. I can honestly say that neither of these parties come close to representing my right wing social values, liberal environmental stance, and general libertarian view of government involvement!

  10. Kucinich: 42Dodd: 37Gravel/Edwards/Rchardson: 34Obama/Clinton: 32

  11. Oh, and …Thompson: 5Fun, but frivolous

  12. check out: myelectionchoices.com if you’re interested in a much more in depth version of this poll. it would take about a week to go through the entire thing but it touches on a lot more “real” issues.btw, my results:Kucinich 55; Gravel 44; Richardson 44; edwards 40; clinton/obama 38 (interesting how clinton and obama seem to end up more or less the same one everyone’s results – it’s upseting how voters more or less shape front running candidates into who they are rather than voters ever rallying behind a candidate for who they really are. i guess we only need to look to H. Dean in ’04 to see how badly honesty from a frontrunner can turn out though).
