Whole wheat calzone. Stuffed with: fresh roasted red bell pepper, roasted garlic, spinach, broccoli, ricotta, marinara, turkey italian sausage, romano. Crust wasn’t my best, but the filling is by far the best I’ve ever made.
I also changed the filter in our heating duct. Maybe we’ll have less dust and I’ll feel less guilty about never dusting now.
Busted out some grad school apps; almost done. Almost.
And first and not least, tore apart my Jandd frame pack and made it fit the Lev (inspired by Scott’s excellent rig).
Figured I’d swap a bottle for easier access to food and whatnot, one of the things that slowed me down without need in the APC.
Good birthday weekend on tap. Santa Rita circumnav with the Tucson mafia, mex food and drinking (right Chad?), then a likely trip to Organ Pipe NM Sunday. Need to see SoAZ while we’re still here.
