Before the next phase of my life!
Survived orientation in style, and very hopeful for the future. Sorry GT, the excitement of the last few days got the best of me: slept in til 10, then ate pizza for breakfast and watched Olympics online for a couple hours. Rough, I know.
Some raft stoke for everyone: here.
And Mountain Gear has Montrail CTC low’s for 40 bones. A good shoe.
That is all.
Edit: During a gorgeous, tacky, scenic, etc, etc evening ride in the Rattlesnake, I was plugging up Woods Gulch when I looked up from my front wheel, and screeched to a stop. There were moose 30′ up the trail, mom and baby! They seemed unamused by my presence, and totally uninclined to get off the trail. I hung out for 5 minutes before decided that was not my ride, and heading back down the hill to ride elsewhere.
First moose sighting in MT, and the first of any persuasion in quite some time.
