Day log

Today was a good day.  Besides nailing down the KMC 200 route, I filed some paperwork so the university will pay me next semester, hit the gym, and wandered around the snowy city.

Upwelling Clark Fork and overflow.
It doesn’t look like I’ll be riding outside much if at all in the next weeks, so I did some intervals on the spin bike (ack).  2.5 minute, 1:1 work:rest ratio, x5.  It felt good.
Some of the Xmas schwag is worth mentioning.  Finally got an Eos, and used it skiing down Woods Gulch in the dark yesterday.  It works.

Main present is the growing raft fund.  Planning for summer already, though winter has been tough thus far.
Took some time to do some P-tex work this evening, badly needed.  I also made some snacks, per the Parson’s specifications.
Cheaper than Clif bars.

  1. the thing i don’t understand about the E.P. cookie dough thing is why not just bake it and eat it as cookies. i mean cookie dough is great and all…. but cookies are even better.

  2. Because cookies crumble, and I think most cookies are better as dough.
