KMC plans

On the evening of the 11th I’m flying into SLC from a week tapering and visiting with my mom and sister in New York.  I hope to arrive in camp that evening, but may not make it until the next morning.  

Friday I’ll ride a little bit, check some water sources (Kanabownitts Spring?), and visit the Teddy Roosevelt bar at the north rim lodge.
Saturday I’ll all but kill myself.
Sunday recover and eat a lot.
Monday I’m toying with a Narrows hike.  Anyone interested let me know, I’ll make shuttle reservations soon.
Man am I excited.

    My plans keep being changed by others. At this particular moment in time it is looking like I am leaving town on the 9th and have to be back home the night of the 14th. Original plan was stop and ride on the way back home…now it is get some rides in on the way down. No taper for me…Getting close.

    Will just miss you in SLC. I will be leaving that morning after visiting the neuro-opthamologist wizards at the UofU castle. More tests. Ariel may still be around after a conference that day in SLC, give her a ring. Best of luck with race logisitics!
