Teh peezah, and a call to action

Dinner last night; Biga style.  M is getting really good at pre-baking thin crust just right.  To that I added sliced tomoatoes, rosemary-garlic sausage, ricotto, a bit of mozz, spinach and dried cherries.

Yum.
