A little late on this one, and no pictures as I ate it already. Thai-ish Steamed Garden Vegetables w/ rice -Make yoself some basmati or jasmine rice. Bonus points for substituting orange juice for water. -Add a few shakes of fish sauce, a few more of soy sauce, lots of Sriracha, a bit of peanut…

Summer is over. Mike and I ruminated on said fact at length yesterday, with the first changing leaves and general crisp, anticipatory feeling in the air and spine being the factors cited. This afternoon, Glacier National Park was a bit less subtle. The best time of year is here. Get after it.
